iscareer is a job portal with a cross-platform mobile app and a web platform. Candidates search and apply in their own language, while direct employers and recruitment agencies post jobs and manage hiring.

A dedicated nine-person team took iscareer from discovery and UX research to launch on the App Store, Google Play and the web, delivering one shared product across three platforms.

Job seekers, direct employers and recruitment agencies each need a different experience. Listings arrive in several languages, and candidates should be able to apply without friction.
Role-based journeys on a shared codebase
We designed an onboarding that routes each user by account type, built the mobile app once in React Native for iOS and Android, and paired it with a React web platform and a Node.js API on PostgreSQL.
