An MR reporting and management portal for a growing pharma field force
We designed and built Sunrest's ERP control hub and the companion mobile app their medical representatives use every day for attendance, tour programs, orders and territory assignments.

Field reporting spread across calls, sheets and messages
Sunrest's medical representatives cover territories across India. Attendance, daily call reports, orders and territory details were collected through separate channels, which made it hard for head office to see what was happening in the field on any given day.
One branded system for admins and reps
We built a single platform with two faces: a desktop control hub where admins manage every module, and a mobile app where reps start their day, log visits and see their assigned geography. Both run on the same data, so reports update as soon as a rep submits.
A dashboard that shows the field at a glance
Admins see total and today's DCRs, order volume, upcoming birthdays and anniversaries, and the latest orders in one view, alongside live employee locations and orders streaming in from the field. Every card links through to the underlying records.

Where every rep is, and what they're selling, right now
The control hub streams GPS check-ins and orders from the field app as they happen. Managers watch their team on a live map and see each order land in the feed the moment a rep submits it.

Built for a rep's working day
The app opens on a single task: start the day. From there reps record attendance, log tour-program visits and orders, and check exactly which country, zone, state and city they are assigned to.
The in-house systems that run the business
Alongside field reporting, we built Sunrest's internal HR, attendance, customer and incentive tools on the same platform, so people, sales and payouts share one source of data.
One Sunrest look across web and mobile
We carried Sunrest's logo and blues into a shared UI system, so the admin hub and the field app feel like one product with clear, consistent controls.
